Experience
With over 20 years of experience in the aquatic safety industry, Jeremy R. Coffin, our Principal Consultant, brings a unique combination of front-line operational expertise, executive leadership, and legal knowledge. This breadth of experience spans lifeguarding, waterfront operations, emergency response, organizational leadership, governance, risk management, policy development, and incident investigation.
As a trained lawyer, and a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the ADR Institute of Canada, Jeremy understands both the operational realities of aquatic environments and the legal principles that govern investigations, litigation, expert evidence, mediation, and dispute resolution.
This combination of practical experience and legal insight provides clients with an independent, evidence-based perspective that bridges operational practice, organizational governance, and legal analysis—delivering expert opinions that are technically sound, objective, and clearly communicated.
